Peaceful Off The Grid Campground
Outstanding views of the Abajo, Bears Ears, and Sleeping Ute Mountains. Enjoy the sunrise creeping over the Colorado horizon and watch as the sun sets over the Bears Ears National Monument in Utah. The Campground is located on 20 acres of private land, in Southeastern Utah, on the outside edge of Blanding, Utah. Juniper trees, sagebrush, cactus, Brigham Tea, yucca plants, and best of all; Anasazi Indian ruins are found throughout the private property and on the adjoining public land. You will be camping just steps away from an ancient mound. The Five Kiva Pueblo and a Natural Bridge are within hiking distance which is great for a morning or evening hike.
The Campground is located at southwest edge of Blanding, Utah. Use 692 CR 232, Blanding, Utah in you GPS device to find us. CR 232 is appropriately named Ruin Road.
We have ten secluded, spacious, dry camping spots with no amenities. The sites are wide and easy to back into.
- Camping Sites 1, 2, 7, 8, & 9 are 60 ft. in length which are ample for large RV”s.
- Camping Sites 3, 6 & 10 are 55 ft. or more.
- Camping Site 5 is 43 ft. long.
- Camping Site 4 is a tent camping site, or for a pickup with an overhead camper.
We have very good cell phone service. A Supermarket, Gas Stations, and Eating Establishments, Museums, Medical facilities, etc. are nearby.
Camp with us, we have beautiful views of the Four Corners area, a place to hike and more often than not, you can watch a gorgeous sunset over the Bears Ears National Monument.
